Welcome! Thank you for considering becoming one of our caregivers. Caregiver Connection, Inc. is an active caregiver registry, and we are always looking for skilled, experienced caregivers throughout the Portland metro area, including Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas counties. Caregivers work one-on-one with seniors in their homes or assisted living environments. Many of our senior clients have medical conditions or are on hospice.

Caregiver Connection recruits and is able to retain high-quality
in-home caregivers for the following reasons:

	High-end compensation (as determined between client and caregiver) generally ranges from $14-$20 per hour for long night or dayshifts; $16 to $20 per hour for short morning shifts, and $225-$300 for 24-hr shifts
	Clients hire and pay caregivers directly, and determine working conditions
	Flexibility in hours
	Enjoy the independence of private-duty care giving

We would love to see your application only if you have the following qualifications:

Completion of nursing assistant training (CNA) or other medically related certification or degree programs (massage therapy, naturopathic physicians, EMTs, etc.) and six months’ experience

OR

Three years of  private-duty medical care giving experience with seniors in their homes or in assisted living environments

Please fill out the following application if you are:

	Available at least three shifts per week
	Available for at least two Saturdays or Sundays per month
	Can commit to working with our registry for at least one year
	Own a vehicle and a cell phone
	Do not work another full-time job (pt.-time o.k.)
	Maintain a strict non-smoking environment
	Understand our registry does not provide medical coverage or worker’s compensation, nor do we guarantee referrals
