	Home Visit to meet our client at no charge
	Caregiver Compensation: The rate of caregiver compensation is determined between the caregiver and client. Clients pay caregivers directly, generally charging: $12 - $20/hour $225-$350 for 24 hour shifts
	Our Referral Fee can be paid in one of two ways: OPTION #1 Pay-as-you-go Fee: (recommended for short-term situations, i.e. hospice): $3.50/hour up to $45 per day for 24-hour care OPTION #2 One-time Referral Fee “Buyout”: (recommended for permanent caregivers) Needs to be selected within first 60 days of service: a referral fee is charged equivalent to one month’s caregivers’ salary; up to 3 substitute caregivers will be offered for 60 days at no extra charge. Minimum buyout $2500.00 referral fee.
