Rest easy! We personally know each of our caregivers, many of whom have been with Caregiver Connection, Inc. for 5-10+ years. Most have nursing assistant or equivalent backgrounds. In addition to our 6-part screening process , we also select for "soft skills" such as warmth, empathy, kindness and articulateness, as well as for "common sense"
