Caregiver Connection, Inc. is a unique registry or service that brokers approximately 100 caregivers that are screened, bonded and liability-insured. Clients hire caregivers directly for a referral fee (see Rates). In our model, called a “consumer-directed model of care,” clients and caregivers determine the details of their arrangements together, including duties and compensation.

We usually arrange the initial home visit within 24 hours to gather basic client information for the matching process, and our independent caregiver candidates may be referred right away!
